Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don't work out and you may need to return or exchange an item. That's why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to make the process as easy as possible for you. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date for unworn and unused items in their original packaging. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to start the process. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure that your return or exchange reaches us safely. It's important to note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for final sale items, items that have been worn or used, or items that have been damaged by the customer. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
